Becky Hieter
Becky (Rebecca) HIeter E-RYT500, YACEP, YA200RYS, BS Business Administration. After more than 25 years in the Corporate arena, Becky changed gears redirecting her efforts to wholeness in body, mind and spirit. In addition to being the owner/director of Mandala Yoga Center, she is teacher director of the the Teacher training school, is enrolled in a Master' program completing MS Ayurveda and Integrative Medicine at MIU. She is a dedicated meditator, yoga teacher/student, NC Real Estate Agent and married to her best friend forever.

Noelle Miller graduated CCCC Massage Therapy program in 2018. Her practices include Swedish, Deep Tissue, Sports Massage, Hot Stone and Pregnancy massage.

Jasen Dippel
Jasen is a graduate of Irene’s Myomassology Institute (Southfield, MI) and Alignment Yoga’s 200- and 500-hour Yoga Teacher Training (Madison, WI); and has more than 10 years experience working with the body. He is also a passionate spiritualist, having trained or studied in the traditions of Buddhism, Christianity, Lakota Native Americans, shamanism, and Taoism. He enjoys working with the spirit-mind-body relationship to transform consciousness, promote wellness, and empower people to achieve greater wellness and harmony.

Chelsey Jabonski
Chelsey Jablonski is a graduate of the 1000-hr massage program at Finger Lakes Community College in Canandaigua, NY. She has been working as a massage therapist for 13 and has a passion for helping clients reduce pain, increase range of motion, and improve overall wellness using Deep Tissue and Trigger Point Therapy. She is also certified in Infant Massage and welcomes prenatal and postpartum clients. She enjoys teaching these soothing techniques for infants to parents as well.
In 2012, she had the opportunity to travel to Thailand where she became certified in Level I & II Thai Massage through the SVG Thai Massage School. She is excited to offer her services at Mandala Yoga Center.

Mary graduated YT200 at Mandala Yoga Center in 2023. She has been a Yogi since 2015 and her love for teaching comes from 10 years in Education classroom as an Elementary teacher. After big changes to better balance work and family she began to work at Mandala as a receptionist. After taking the 200 hour training course she decided to join Mandala as a teacher. Being at Mandala brings her peace and relaxation. Her love of restorative kept her coming to yoga and she now desires to provide a calm, nourishing class to fill others back up so they too can continue to shine.

Bio: My journey with yoga began about 10 years ago when a local gym began offering a yoga class. Frustrated with a gym environment, I joined a yoga studio and it was there I was exposed to the mindfulness of yoga and fell in love with it! As one who looks for growth opportunities, I decided to deepen my practice by completing 200 hr yoga teacher training at Mandala Yoga in 2020. I had just completed a 25 year career as a clinical social worker and felt the mindfulness of yoga would smooth this transition. My personal yoga style is to bring a bit of energetic playfulness into the practice, while focusing on the fundamentals of asanas. I embrace the philosophy of yoga is for “every body” and enjoy offering classes that encourage self-acceptance, confidence, growth, and grounding. I am ever grateful for my teacher, Becky, who keeps me grounded, humble, and in love with yoga!

I started doing readings for people in 1997. Helping to bring peace through clarity is one of my life's purposes. I also help people to get their "gifts" further developed. It makes me happy to see you happy!
I was born and raised in Eastern NC and currently live in the Swansboro, NC area with my husband. I love doing readings, mentoring, Reiki sessions, teaching classes, organizing festivals, and anything else I can find to do to help people. I am a Psychic Medium, Spiritual Life Coach, Metaphysical class Instructor, and Reiki Master Teacher.

“I was introduced to Aerial Slings by a childhood friend. It became a passion of mine that expanded to include Split silks and Lyra. I love Silks and I found strength, beauty, and self-confidence expressed through my art. I believe that we all can fly and create beauty no matter who we are and where we may be in life. I share my aerial passion and interest in yoga with my daughter and love of acrobatics and super heroes with my son.
I began teaching Aerial at Mandala Yoga Center in April of 2022. I am certified as an Aerial Sling instructor through Pura Vida Studio in Raleigh.
When I’m not flying on silks I also have an associates degree in Computer-aided Drafting and Design working locally at her full time job as a Drafter.”

Nickey found her love for yoga in 2014 then did her YTT with Valerie Baltzer with Transcending yoga school in 2015. She has been practicing, teaching and sharing what she loves with others for 10 years. She is also trained in Yin yoga and is a Reiki certified practitioner levels 1 & 2.
Nickey shares yoga from a gentle,mindful, beginner place. She believes that you can always begin again in your practice as with life.
