Business Owner / Yoga Instructor
Becky Hieter
Becky (Rebecca) HIeter E-RYT500, YACEP, YA200RYS, BS Business Administration. After more than 25 years in the Corporate arena, Becky changed gears redirecting her efforts to wholeness in body, mind and spirit. In addition to being the owner/director of Mandala Yoga Center, she is teacher director of the the Teacher training school, is enrolled in a Master' program completing MS Ayurveda and Integrative Medicine at MIU. She is a dedicated meditator, yoga teacher/student, NC Real Estate Agent and married to her best friend forever.

Massage Therapist
Jasen Dippel
Jasen is a graduate of Irene’s Myomassology Institute (Southfield, MI) and Alignment Yoga’s 200- and 500-hour Yoga Teacher Training (Madison, WI); and has more than 10 years experience working with the body. He is also a passionate spiritualist, having trained or studied in the traditions of Buddhism, Christianity, Lakota Native Americans, shamanism, and Taoism. He enjoys working with the spirit-mind-body relationship to transform consciousness, promote wellness, and empower people to achieve greater wellness and harmony.

Bio:
Nickey found her love for yoga in 2014 then did her YTT with Valerie Baltzer with Transcending Yoga School in 2015. She has been practicing, teaching and sharing what she loves with others for 10 years. She is also trained in Yin yoga and is a Reiki certified practitioner levels 1 & 2.
Nickey shares yoga from a gentle, mindful, and beginner place. She believes that you can always begin again in your practice as with life.

Tai Chi Sifu
Harold McMillion
Bio:
Sifu Harold McMillion is a Certified Master Tai Chi instructor obtaining over 8000 hours in practice and nineteen years in training. He holds the rank of Yodan, fourth degree black belt in the Shuri-Ryu Karate Association. He is a professional member of the American Tai Chi and Qigong Association and the National Qigong Association, Sifu McMillion is a lifelong student of Hanshi Jeffery Gay who has 47 years teaching Tai Chi and holds the rank Ku-Dan (Ninth) degree black belt in four different styles of martial arts. Sifu McMillion teaches on Thursday’s from 12 Noon to 1 p.m. Also he teaches a Fun Friday class one time per month from 6 p.m. to 7 p.m.

Yoga Instructor

Mary graduated YT200 at Mandala Yoga Center in 2023. She has been a Yogi since 2015 and her love for teaching comes from 10 years in Education classroom as an Elementary teacher. After big changes to better balance work and family she began to work at Mandala as a receptionist. After taking the 200 hour training course she decided to join Mandala as a teacher. Being at Mandala brings her peace and relaxation. Her love of restorative kept her coming to yoga and she now desires to provide a calm, nourishing class to fill others back up so they too can continue to shine.

Andrea Hilf
Bio:
Born and raised in the Swansboro area, I have been
professionally guiding clients in connecting with the
spirit world since 1997. As a Reiki Master Teacher and Crystal Healer, I lead classes on various metaphysical topics to include Energy Healing, Reiki, Mediumship, Spirit Guides, and Psychic Development. With over 25 years of experience, I help people find peace, clarity, and renewed motivation. My approach weaves together Mediumship, Reiki, clearing unnecessary emotions, and Crystal energy to help people heal emotionally, and energetically.
When I’m not working, I’m usually having fun with one of my numerous hobbies, to include my cherished collection of 1960’s Mattel Liddle Kiddles!
Whether through a heartfelt Reading, an immersive
Workshop, or a Crystal Bed treatment, my mission is to uplift, empower, and inspire those I service.

Bio:
Amy Smith resides in Atlantic Beach and is an avid tree hugger. She practices living each moment her mission of being a clear and powerful channel filled with magic, wonderment, and love, overflowing with goodness, sweetness, abundance, and bliss for the benefit of all beings. Healing sounds and vibrations helped her through a difficult time in her life and she now loves sharing that with others. Singing bowl meditations, kirtan, and regression hypnotherapy are her offerings at Mandala. She also enjoys working with inmates and recently completed the Prison Ministry program through Unity Urban Ministerial School.

Sheila Mullins
Bio:
Sheila has been part of the Mandala family for 1 year as a beloved desk receptionist. After 30 years in the corporate industry, she wanted to focus on relaxation and peace. She is happily married, a mother and grandmother outside of the studio, and has a cute dog named Sophie who brings her so much joy.

Lori Zeswitz

Lori joined the Mandala team in 2019 and loves the community here!
Following physical therapy for a back injury in 2005, Lori skeptically ventured into a gentle yoga class as a non-pharmaceutical way to navigate pain and redevelop her body’s capacity. Something happened on the yoga mat and Lori began studying how her body, breath and mind can connect to heal, replenish and improve quality of life.
In 2015, Lori completed the YT200 and achieved her National Certified Yoga Teacher credential. Witnessing profound recovery of physical and emotional wellbeing among students, Lori pursued further training and certifications to offer Warriors At Ease yoga and meditation practices to active duty and veteran military families and Y12SR: Yoga of 12-Step Recovery, a relapse-prevention program for individuals dealing with behavioral and substance addiction. She leads gentle and accessible therapeutic yoga and healing breathwork in studio clases, community workshops, and with private clients.
